It's the perfect opportunity to regain clarity on your vision, purpose, and core values while enjoying the space to rest, reset, and rejuvenate.

What's Included:

  • Day 1:
    Begin your journey with a pampering morning at the day spa, choosing from a range of soothing treatments, followed by a delicious food platter and meet-and-greet with like-minded women. Enjoy a picturesque beach picnic at One Mile Beach, followed by an afternoon of free time to explore or simply unwind. The day ends with a rejuvenating yoga session, guided meditation, and an elegant boho-themed dinner.

  • Day 2:
    Start your day with a revitalising yoga session, followed by a wholesome breakfast. Dive deep into a transformative workshop focused on resetting your mindset, reconnecting with your values, and setting actionable goals for the future. End the day with a creative art session, a soulful women's circle around a fire, and the symbolic burning of letters, letting go of what no longer serves you.

  • Day 3:
    Rise with the sun for a mindful beach walk or swim, followed by breakfast and a final goal-setting session to take your newfound clarity and energy back into daily life. We'll wrap up by 11 am, leaving you with a renewed sense of self and purpose.

Her passion lies in empowering women to reach peak performance while maintaining health and wellness.
